Affordable Housing in Bloomington Indiana by Renaissance Rentals

Renaissance Rentals is proud of the great demand for its affordable housing! Residents must be income eligible to live in homes under this program. We currently have two locations with affordable housing options. Huntington Gardens is a quiet community on the south side of Bloomington. In total, there are 32 one bedroom apartments available to rent. Affordable Housing at Covenanter Hill Built in 2003,these 11 one bedroom apartments are the newest addition to our affordable housing. Located on the east side, all are handicap accessible.
