Scholar's Quad Collegiate Apartments is located just east of 10th & the Bypass on 10th St. The IU campus is actually across the street. If you don't want to walk or take your car to school, you're just a short bus ride from the B-school and main library.

The community has a unique Quad design. Each of the three buildings have a large shared porch called a veranda, which overlooks a central courtyard.

Scholar's Quad does feature some new technologies and several unique features. The apartments have state-of-the-art programmable locks, free internet (wired to each room), and an energy efficient heating & cooling system. The apartments also feature stained concrete flooring and pendant lighting in the kitchen, vaulted ceilings on the 3rd floor, and modern appliances and fixtures throughout.

We do have professional on-site management and offer several convenient office services. In addition, there is a dedicated maintenance technician to help with any of your maintenance needs.
