Answer : It will depend on when your lease ends. If your lease ends in July or August, we will usually begin to contact you in November or December of the previous year.
If your lease ends in a month other then July or August, we will begin to contact you about 90 days before your lease ends. If there is someone interested in your particular apartment, we may ask you earlier.
Answer : This is a question you will want to discuss with someone at the leasing office. It will depend on when your lease ends, the community where you live, and the style of apartment you have.
In most cases, we will give you until a certain date to decide whether or not you would like to renew (we send letters, email, and phone calls to make sure you are aware of this date). If you were not able to make a decision by that date, we may assign a new resident to your apartment after your current lease ends.
If, at a later date, you decide you would like to renew your lease, please contact us. We will do everything in our power to renew your lease at that time. We would not be able to guarentee we could renew your lease though.
