On your move-in day, you'll meet us at our leasing office. When you arrive we will collect your rent and/or security deposit balance (if there is one). If you are required to have any utilities in your name, we will also collect your completed pink utility form (if you hadn't already turned it in). There may be a few other misc documents to sign and we will also ask for your updated contact info.

We will then go over your "Resident Guide" with you, which outlines important information about your new apartment, the community, maintenance & general lease terms. Below are links to the various resident guides.

After an exhilerating 5-10 minutes listening to us, you get your keys & we head over to your new apartment. To expedite the move-in process, we will have already completed the move-in inspection in advance. We will have noted any pre-existing damages to the apartment home so you are not charged for those upon move-out. Don't worry, we'll give you a copy of the move-in inspection form we completed & you will have an additional 10 days to make any additional notes about damages we may have missed. We'll go over a few of your "home systems," show you where your mailbox and the nearest dumpster is located, then get out of your way. Moving is not all that fun, but unpacking & decorating is not too bad!
